The educational is the MBA and post-graduate degree. The maximum age limit is as per the PSDM norms. Educational Qualification:

Executive Assistant, Accounts	Retired SO/ Accountant/ ACFA from Punjab Govt/ Accountant General/ State PSUs. Should not be less than 65 years of age.
Mission Manager, Training & Development	MBA/ Any graduate.
Block Thematic Expert (Social Mobilization)	MBA/ B.E./ B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Post-graduate in any discipline.
Block Thematic Expert (Training & Placement)	MBA/ B.E./ B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Post-graduate in any discipline.
Manager Training Provider	Post-graduate in any discipline.

Age Limit:

• Executive Assistant: The maximum age limit is 65 years.
• All others: The maximum age limit is 45 years.

Punjab.

Salary:

Executive Assistant, Accounts	Rs. 60000/-
Mission Manager, Training & Development	Rs. 30000/-
Block Thematic Expert (Social Mobilization)	Rs. 30000/-
Block Thematic Expert (Training & Placement)	Rs. 30000/-
Manager Training Provider	Rs. 60000/- consolidated.

Selection Process:

The selection is going to be on the basis of academic qualification, experience, and interview.
